Deputy Executive Director
Nour's work in substance abuse prevention began as an undergraduate and graduate student at the University of Virginia. Her professional experiences are focused in public health and community health outreach. She joined UPC in June 2017. Nour is happy to be serving her hometown community and contributing to prevention efforts around the county.
Jennifer, retired from the United State Navy, has been involved with keeping youth safe and drug free in Fairfax County since 2004, first as the coalition coordinator for Woodson HS, its pyramid, and also for Westfield HS. She is one of UPC's co-founders and has been serving the coalition as its Finance Director since 2009. Jen has enjoyed seeing UPC evolve with support from all aspects of the community and become a leader in prevention efforts across the county.
Youth Council Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Michelle came to UPC as a community volunteer, and is now in her third year as Youth Council Coordinator. She believes that all youth are entitled to reach their fullest potential and to be proactive, productive members of their communities. Michelle is a proud mother of 4 and an alumni of the University of Virginia.
